  1. Notice the Dominant Voices: Spend time observing which archetypes are loudest in your mind. Are you constantly hearing the Critic, the Caregiver, or the Taskmaster? Jot down what they’re saying.

  2. Invite the Quiet Archetypes: Ask yourself which archetypes have been absent. When was the last time the Artist, the Child, or the Lover showed up? What might they be waiting for?

  3. Engage in Dialogue: Once you identify an archetype, imagine sitting down with it for a conversation. What does it want? What does it need from you to feel heard and valued?

  4. Use Embodiment Practices: Bring archetypes to life through movement, journaling, or visualization. For example, let the Warrior take a bold stance or write a letter from the Sage.

  5. Create Space for All Voices: Just like a good party host, aim to make room for every guest—even the ones who might seem awkward or challenging at first. Each archetype has something valuable to offer.
